The Brunei Times has reported intentions to build and set up a go kart racing circuit to rival the best professionally run tracks across South East Asia.
It is hoped that this project will improve the local economy through orgnising regional circuits, and the provision of knock off services from local industry to food vendors.
The other purpose is to provide a productive outlet for youths with time on their hands and to combat illegal racing.
